A solution devised to resolve community frustrations

After sitting down with the property management of Avenue One, ParqEx quickly realized that residents and guests needed a uniquely tailored solution to solve their community’s frustrations with limited parking availability. As for the management team, they required a simple, single-source platform for vehicle enforcement.

 

 

ParqEx decided to custom-design a vehicle enrollment system specifically for Avenue One inside of the ParqEx app, which allows authorized owners and residents of Avenue One to enroll their personal vehicles as well as the vehicles of their guests, which are then populated as “approved” in the Enforcer app, creating a permitless parking permit system.

A solution for guests of Avenue One California

With the enrollment of their own vehicles inside of the ParqEx system, residents of Avenue One no longer had to worry about any potential improper infractions. And with the streamlined enforcement and removal of unauthorized vehicles, more parking spaces became available to the residents and guests for which they were intended.

 

 

As for visitors, residents of Avenue One now use the ParqEx vehicle enrollment feature to also enroll the vehicles of their guests, which provides the visitor a permit that allows free parking on the property, up to six times per calendar month.
