Now, with ParqEx’s brand new service gratuity (Tip) collection feature, residents and tenants can show their appreciation for the exceptional service provided by the service staff by choosing to pay a service gratuity (Tip) in the ParqEx app. Within the app, there is now an option that allows you to choose between tip percentages or even a certain amount. For example, did you love your experience with Michaela at the front desk when she reserved parking for your guest with GuestParq? With this service gratuities feature, you can select Michaela’s name & ensure that the tip goes directly to her! We believe parking revenue should go to property ownership/management, but the service gratuity (Tip) must go to the service provider – especially to show appreciation and keep them motivated to provide exceptional service. This is a win-win for everyone.

This new service tips feature is another way we continue to make our platform more robust for you. We are all in the people business & this service tips build-out is the perfect enhancement for property management and ownership to take care of their own. You will still have full transparency & be able to see how the service tips are working. Moreover, ParqEx can help you collect tips for just about anything. Via ParqEx’s built-in CRM software, you can ask your tenants & residents for an extra few bucks for an in-depth cleaning service, garage updates, building updates, holiday parties, a collective gift for an employee, etc.
We have learned from meeting with several real estate owners, operators, and management that they are looking for new cost-effective ways that motivate and offer benefits to their service staff.
