This drop-down menu provides property management and ownership with all the necessary information regarding this user and their request and helps simplify all follow-ups on this request.
How Does the Waiting List Feature Work?
1. Automatic Population: When a user requests a spot that is currently unavailable, the requests are automatically populated into the parking waiting list segment of the Admin Dashboard. If property management or staff receive a phone call, email, or verbal request to be added to this waiting list, they can also manually add people to the list within the dashboard.
2. Admin Dashboard: The Admin Dashboard is the hub and brain of the operation for ParqEx clients, continuously facilitating and streamlining all parking management needs.
