What You’ll Do:
This role is a blend of technology and field operations (60% computer-based, 40% fieldwork), ensuring a dynamic and engaging work environment.
Tech & Operations Responsibilities:
- Product Support & Training – Learn ParqEx’s smart parking technology and assist customers with setup, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- On-Site Operations & Field Visits – Occasionally visit properties in Illinois and Wisconsin to oversee hardware installations (LPR cameras, smart access control), signage placement, and system testing.
- Customer Engagement & Support – Work closely with property managers, owners, and enforcement teams to improve parking solutions.
- Process Improvement & Documentation – Identify and implement operational efficiencies to improve our service and support.
- Project Execution & Coordination – Assist in onboarding new properties, ensuring a seamless transition to ParqEx solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Must be based in Illinois or Wisconsin – Occasional travel to properties in both states required.
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in any field – Recent college graduates encouraged to apply.
✔️ Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and a good driving record.
✔️ Strong problem-solving skills – Ability to troubleshoot issues and optimize workflows.
✔️ Excellent communication skills – Comfort interacting with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
✔️ Tech-savvy or eager to learn – You should be comfortable using technology and willing to dive into tech training.
✔️ Adaptability & initiative – We value proactive team members who take ownership of tasks.
