Does Entryly replace our existing security system or cameras?

No — Entryly integrates alongside your existing security infrastructure. It works with your cameras, intercoms, and gate systems. The platform adds the resident, vehicle, and guest data layer that makes your existing security team more effective.

How long does onboarding take?

Most communities are up and running within a few weeks. The ParqEx implementation team handles the setup, resident onboarding communications, and guard training. Our goal is zero disruption to your existing operations during the transition.

Does every resident need to download an app?

The resident mobile app is the primary experience and is designed to be extremely simple — even for non-technical and elderly residents. However, the platform also supports web-based access for residents who prefer not to download an app, ensuring no household is left behind.

How does the LPR integration work?

Entryly integrates with LPR (license plate recognition) systems via API. When a vehicle's plate is read at the gate, Entryly instantly looks up the plate against the resident vehicle registry and active guest passes, and surfaces the matching information to the security guard's console in real time.

Can we use Entryly without a physical gate or LPR hardware?

Yes. Entryly works in gateless communities and those without LPR. Guards can still use the security console manually for guest check-in, vehicle lookups, and notification workflows. LPR integration and gate control are available add-ons as communities grow their infrastructure.

How is this different from our current HOA management software?

Most HOA management software focuses on dues collection, document storage, and maintenance requests. Entryly is specifically built for physical access — residents, vehicles, guests, and security at the gate. The two platforms are complementary and often used together.

What does pricing look like?
