What is ParqEx?

ParqEx specializes in property technology for the parking realm of the real estate industry. We started our company with our Marketplace solution. The ParqEx Marketplace enables non-commercial parking spot owners (i.e., residential, non-profit, and business parking spots) to rent their unused parking spaces to drivers hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly.

We then faced the challenge of opening the underutilized parking spaces behind gates/garage doors. This is where we developed our proprietary Access+ technology, which lets owners grant controlled access to their secured parking spaces through the ParqEx app. To take it one step further, we developed a top-of-the-line license plate recognition camera to give controlled access to these private parking spaces and increase the overall security of properties.

And as safety is always top-of-mind, we developed a ParqEx parking enforcement system that can be readily available to all owners, property managers, enforcement officers, HOA board members, etc. With the Enforcer app, all vehicles are quickly verified, and violations can be issued directly through the app.

Today, ParqEx has seen success with all developed property technologies. So much so that we have developed a ParqEx White Labeling solution. What is white labeling? Put simply; a white labeling solution allows another company to purchase our entire technology suite and reformat it to include all their branding. With their purchase, these companies suddenly have their own parking management system that they did not have to build from scratch.
