ParqEx is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Specialist to join our growing team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, optimizing processes, and supporting our customers and internal teams. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Oversee daily operations of our smart parking platform, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor parking locations, enforce compliance, and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Work closely with property owners, management teams, and enforcement partners to optimize parking solutions.
- Assist customers with account setup, access management, and issue resolution.
- Analyze operational data and generate reports to improve service quality and efficiency.
- Coordinate with Sales, Customer Support, and Product teams to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Manage inventory of access devices and coordinate distribution/logistics.
- Identify areas for operational improvement and implement best practices.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or a related field, preferably in a tech or real estate environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM software, operational tools, and data analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of parking management, real estate, or logistics is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
