ParqEx is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a seamless experience with our smart parking solutions. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to account setup, troubleshooting, billing, and general product usage.
- Ensure quick and effective resolution of customer issues, escalating when necessary.
- Educate customers on ParqEx’s smart parking technology, Access+ system, and mobile app features.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Product, and Engineering, to address customer feedback and improve service quality.
- Monitor and analyze customer concerns to identify trends and suggest solutions for enhancing the customer experience.
- Develop and update FAQs, help articles, and guides for self-service support.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and professionalism.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Experience working with CRM software (Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar).
- A tech-savvy mindset with a willingness to learn about smart parking solutions.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and contributing to team success.
