    From the ParqEx app menu, navigate to the “Property Access+” to select the property and then click on the OPEN GATE button. That’s it! The gate will open and you can park.

    • Open the ParqEx app & go to “Book a parking spot” under the renter side menu.
    • Enter the location and the arrival/departure date/time then press search. Once the search is complete, select the property and click “Book.”
    • Place your order & then transfer to your guest. See detailed steps in the user guide or video below.

    Is Vehicle information necessary?

    Yes, accurate vehicle information (Make, Model, Color & License Plate) is required in order to keep the property secure and enforce spot designation.

     

    How can I change the email address on file with ParqEx?

    Contact ParqEx Customer support with the correct email address and you’ll be set up with a new account.

     

    What if I don’t receive the email notification to claim their parking reservation?

    Please check your junk/spam/promotions mail folder. Also, add “no-reply@parqex.com” to their email safe list to prevent this from happening in the future.
