Good question! Because enforcement occurs multiple times throughout the day, A “time” is anything from 1 minute up to 24 consecutive hours hours.

What if two security guards note my car using the guest parking space?
Don’t worry; you won’t be marked as using the guest parking space twice. With ParqEx’s enforcer technologies, security & property management will easily be able to note your vehicle has already been reported.
What happens if my guest parks in the guest parking space more than six times in one month?
Unfortunately, your vehicle will be towed after using your allotted six guest parking uses. Luckily, ParqEx’s system helps you and security guards keep track of how many times you’ve already used the six uses per month.
How can I add a guest to the system and ensure they have access to the six allotted uses?
Simply enroll your guests through the ParqEx app’s “Enroll Vehicle” module and that’s it! Be sure to have all their vehicle information before getting started!
I have a disabled license plate or a valid handicap placard, do I still need to enroll?
All handicap spaces at Avenue 1 are provided by the Association and reside on private property, vehicles parked in handicap parking spaces also need to be enrolled. Displaying a handicap placard does not exempt a person from proper vehicle enrollment.
What if I don’t have a license plate or I have a new car and have not received my license plate?
As of Jan 1 2019, CA requires all licensed dealers to issue a temporary license plate. The temporary license plate must be entered. Additionally it is your responsibility to change/add the updated license plate when the permanent license plates are received. Using any portion of the VIN is no longer accepted. Vehicles without a valid temporary license plate or a permanent license plate are not permitted in the system.
What if I have a motorcycle?
Motorcycles are treated no different than a regular car.
