For example, did you love your experience with Michaela at the front desk when she reserved parking for your guest with GuestParq? With this service gratuities feature, you can select Michaela’s name & ensure that the tip goes directly to her! We believe parking revenue should go to property ownership/management, but the service gratuity (Tip) must go to the service provider – especially to show appreciation and keep them motivated to provide exceptional service. This is a win-win for everyone.

We are all in the people business & this service tips build-out is the perfect enhancement for property management and ownership to take care of their own.
