ParqEx App Update – New Features, & Fixes Release
We’ve just released a new ParqEx app update, which includes important upgrades, features, and bug fixes. Please upgrade to the new version of the ParqEx mobile app to take advantage of these enhancements. As always, all of your data, listings, bookings, settings, and history will remain intact. Please see below to learn more about the upgrades and enhancements to the app.
General Enhancements
- MAJOR RELEASE: All-new search design and function capabilities

- Improved visibility of spot numbers in booking pages
- Order receipts now invisible for guest transfers

Brand New Features
SHORT TERM PARKING
New options are in the dropdown as well for those looking to park a little more long term:
Daytime parking
With this option you can book parking for the same times during each day of your reservation. Ideal for working weeks, business trips, and more.
Overnight parking
With this option, you can park for a night or a series of consecutive nights. It’s great for visiting, working the night shift, and more.
MONTHLY PARKING
We’ve brought the new parking features to monthly parkers as well that let you fine-tune your long term reservations.
All day, every day
This is your all-access daily pass. The spot is yours every day and night of your booking, which let’s you come and go as you want, whenever you want.
Daytime parking & Overnight
If you don’t want or need 24-hour daily parking, you can park during certain times each day or night during the month.
SPOT REASSIGNMENTS, RECEIPTS, GUESTPARQ
Sometimes a parking spot needs to get reassigned to a new spot in the same lot. It happens. Now, you and/or your parking guests will receive a notification from ParqEx and you will be able to view confirmation of any reassignment in both your order details and order history pages inside the app.
Additionally, all historical reassignments for a reserved spot are now logged in the “Past reassignments” tab within your order details history.
Finally, we’ve hidden order receipts from guests who received a spot transfer. Now, a guest will never know if a spot was purchased or for what amount.

- Fixed search issues data refresh and issue with cancelled subscriptions
- Fixed Duplicate properties bug
- Fixed Access+ Garage Door Opener (GDO) loading issue for multi-door properties
- Fixed Multiple GDO reservations time-overwrite bug fixed
